Muhi Khwaja, MPA, CFRE, founded US Consulting Group in 2011. He earned a Bachelor’s in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2009. After an internship that sparked an interested in Development (fundraising), he pursued working with nonprofit organizations and earned his Master’s in Public Administration in 2013, from the University of Michigan, specializing in nonprofit management. Some of his favorite courses focused on fundraising, strategic planning, needs assessment, and organizational development. He actively participates in Association for Fundraising Professionals’ meetings and events, speaking on best practices and diversity in development.
